YOU REMEMBER THAT DAY

Let me take you back to January 1, 2006. You remember that day clearly,

don`t you? It was the day you promised you would get your act together and

lose some weight. Do you remember weighing yourself and writing that number

in your journal? Do you remember looking at that number and wanting so badly

to change it for good? Do you remember going out to the store on January 2

and buying all the healthiest of foods you planned to eat? Do you remember

getting out your FoodMover and letting it help you plan your meals? Do you

remember digging your treadmill out of the garage and putting it back in the

den? Do you remember getting your FoodMover windows? Are you still hopping

on your treadmill or dancing with me? Have you been losing weight this year?

So tell me, from January to November, how much weight have you lost?

I know some of you have done great! You`ve lost weight every month! You took

my challenge and made it a part of your life! You lost 50, 60, 70 or more

pounds these past 11 months. You`ve been staying true to your promises and

are very proud of yourself for never giving up!

Then there are some of you who lost 6, 8, 15 pounds in 11 months. And then

there are many of you who have gained 30, 40, 50 or more pounds this year.

Well, today is December 1! You really can`t do anything about the months

that passed, but you can do something about the way you live your life the

next 31 days. You can get a jump start this month so you can be ready to

continue your success in January 2007… and the months to come!

Those of you who are doing well, keep up the great work! If you didn`t lose

much the last 11 months or even gained, take the December Challenge!

Exercise every day and focus on losing 5 pounds. I truly believe you can do

this!

Love,
