Guest guest Posted January 10, 2007 Report Share Posted January 10, 2007 Well yesterday was my first weigh in since joining this great group. At one week I am down 8 pounds (273-->265). I am really excited. I know the first week is mostly water weight but it really helps keep the motivation going. Thanks to everyone for your posts. I try to log on at night to read all the posts and this distracts me from my nighttime snacking... at least for a little while! Congrats to all the other losers this week as well.
