Well yesterday was my first weigh in since joining this great group. At one week I am down 8 pounds (273-->265). I am really excited.

Yay !! Keep up the great work!!

I'm so happy to see you all excited over losing this weight. You have good

reason to smile. Remember it will slow down but slow and steady will get you

there. Let us know how next week goes:)

THANK YOU. I am calorie counting right now and trying to eat healthier

foods as well. I am aiming for 1300 calories per day, (1100 advised per

my Dr but decided that was too low to make happen long-term). I am

trying to walk more as well, during lunch when possible.

you're off to a great start! I love the first week - you're right - you know it's water weight but it's such a rush :) Live, Love, Laugh"Hope begins in the dark, the stubborn hope that if you just show up and try to do the right thing, the dawn will come. My first weigh in results... THANK YOU

Well yesterday was my first weigh in since joining this great group. At one week I am down 8 pounds (273-->265). I am really excited. I know the first week is mostly water weight but it really helps keep the motivation going. Thanks to everyone for your posts. I try to log on at night to read all the posts and this distracts me from my nighttime snacking... at least for a little while! :)Congrats to all the other losers this week as well.
