Guest guest
What a wonderful epiphany for you! I'm so proud for you Billi Jo! You mentioned that you 'used' to be on the WW Core program. What program are you using now? QW --- Billi Jo <bjrichey30@...> wrote: > Yesterday, I got home from work, fought with hubby, > went into the > kichen to start supper. Guest guest
Hey, I know what you are talking about. Back when I first started to lose weight I did pretty much the same thing. I went to the kitchen got some doughnuts and was sitting at my computer reading my mail and beginning to eat them on what I call " auto Pilot " . I wasn't thinking at all. I had one mid way to my mouth when it dawned on me I was sitting and reading my weight loss support mail and eating a doughnut.( I almost couldn't believe it)That was a major moment for me. I realized how a lot of my eating was just reckless thoughtless eating from habit.Since then I have been more aware of when I eat. I personally think it was a good sign that you are beginning to catch yourself before you eat . Try and stay focus and you'll get to your goal! > Yesterday, I got home from work, fought with hubby, went into the > kichen to start supper. That's great! If we can stop the automatic eating we can succeed. Ann
