> Is Miss feeling guilty about end-of-year habits? LOL

I think a lot of us are.

For me it's not so much the food, as I *am* sticking to plan most of the

time, but the lack of exercise. I just have no energy to do it, even a

simple walk or a slow toning video. If I do it one day I'm exhausted not

only for the rest of that day but the next day, too. Then hubby takes a day

or 2 off of work and we go out early so no workout that day, either. The

next day I catch up on housework and other things not done the days he's

home. (sigh)

I know, excuses, excuses, but part of it *is* physically real. I go next

week for more lab work then hit the doc 2 weeks later to get my thyroid meds

adjusted again. Since I'm even *more* easily fatigued now than before I

started taking the meds a few months ago I just know the dosage is going to

need to be increased again. Maybe then I'll be able to exercise more. I've

been so tired lately I've been taking afternoon naps, something I didn't

even do when Henry was a newborn and I was anemic from the hemorrhage.

This morning I have to walk about a quarter mile to the podiatrist's office

and back. I already know it's going to take me longer than usual because I'm

already tired and achy. And this will probably be the only " big " thing I'll

do all day. I hate feeling like this! I have way too much I want to do,

especially this close to Christmas! At least Ed will be home again tomorrow

so he helps out with the weekly laundromat load, and after Wednesday Henry

will be home until mid-January. I only wish he would drive so he could take

over some of the small local chores for me. Instead I'll be driving *him*

around to various doctors for yearly visits, and other places. :(
