Someone else uses the term releasing weight. I find if I set my mail to list by subject and read original posts and delete others. I do this when I get behind.

LOL we do understand that - one thing that would help everyone is to sign your posts, please. They don't always come across in the headers for me and it is not always easy to guess based on email address.
