Guest guest Posted January 8, 2007 Report Share Posted January 8, 2007 Hi everyone! I haven't written much since I first joined a couple of months ago. I read everything, but haven't posted much. Todays a weird day for me. I called into work this morning because I wasn't feeling well...but I'm feeling better this afternoon, so I'll be trying to get things done around the house! I got a Curves membership from the in-laws for Christmas, and I'm really liking it. I'm getting on a M-W-F schedule with that. I think I'm going to try going on meal replacement shakes a couple of times a week for lunch. It should allow me to get back into getting all of my vitamins that I'm needing. It also will help me since a couple of times a week I run late for work, and don't make up a meal to bring with, which results in vending machine food at work, which of course is not healthy. If I just do a meal replacement shake and bring some veggies to snack on on those days, it should help a lot. I'm in a funk job-wise. My plant closes in a couple of months, and my lay-off date is in one month. We're struggling to get by as it is, so I'm under major pressure to find a job in this horrible state of Michigan (economically). On the bright side, I applied for a few this morning, and already got an e-mail back from one asking for my contact information. We'll see how that goes. It would eliminate a huge stressor for me right now. I'm off to try and fight my laziness. I think I'll head off to Curves, that should give me energy to combat it! I'm having people over on Thursday and my house is in horrible shape! I've let that go along with caring for myself physically lately. It's time to get back on track! Have a wonderful day ladies!
