WOOHOO, Eileen!!! 10 pounds is something to be proud of - and you have made small changes that you can stick with, so you can easily build on that next year! The water aerobics should be great. Remember it is good to mix it up with your exercise, so that your body doesn't get used to one thing. You'll be stronger and burn more calories that way, so adding the water aerobics is AWESOME!!!!! 10 pounds since June - I bet you see at least 25 come off in 2007 if you really stick to your plan. And yes, doing it in a way you can maintain for life is SO important. GOOD FOR YOU!!!!!!
