Good morning,

How are you doing? Wonderful I hope. I'm doing pretty good. I love Christmas time but glad all the holidays are over!

I've officially started watching my food intake, drinking my water and also started my weight loss journal. Now I just need to get down my exercise routine and that brings me to my questions.... I was a member of a health club but decided to join one that was closer to me. I was thinking of either looking into Curves or another place called It Figures. I was wondering if anyone was a member of either one of those, if you could tell me some basic information about them and your opinon of them as well. And also, I was wondering if anyone knew of any good exercise dvd's, exercises to do around the house, etc.. so I could work out at home till I can come up with the money to join a health club.
