Sometimes I think I need to have your smarts and stay off the scale during TOM - but I did it again and of course had a gain again. That's ok - I really wanted an end of the year/beginning of the year recording of my stats so I can move forward. I got my new video this week too - I got WAtP "Walk and Jog" DVD - so now I have 3 that I can do when I don't want to be outside walking or going to Curves. I have the Mon-Fri down because I walk to/from the bus and my two co-workers walk on breaks with me in the parking garage at work, then there is Curves. My "problem days" are weekends because those are the days I feel I have earned time off - well, not today! I was up and walked and went to Curves also. Tomorrow I need to hit a video, or go walk. It's cold (20s) outside, so it's probably gonna be a video!! Keep up the good work - choosing fruits/veggies vs snacks and desserts is a good move.
