Guest guest
I spent the majority of today out of bed vs the in bed way I stayed Friday *and* Saturday. Got out for another "little" walk today (probably about 30 min worth). It was beautiful. 32 and snowing! Ugh. I hate snow. I hate being cold, I hate driving in it, I hate shoveling it. LOL but it is gorgeous. And, after the snow, comes SPRING, which is my favorite season with all the trees and flowers blooming. I weighed myself this morning. WHY, I do not know because I knew coming off TOM, Thanksgiving and being in bed for two days it wouldn't look pretty. But, at least I know where "I am at" and gonna get walking and Curving again this week. I don't even know what all I have planned for this week, so I will suffice it to say I will go to Curves 3x and walk 3x also. The turkey soup is made - it smells wonderful - I haven't been hungry since lunch yet to eat any.... I put a little turkey in a dish with the rest of the stuffing/potatoes and gravey and then there's a couple of pieces for a sandwich or two. Thank God the turkey is gone!! LOL!! I don't mind turkey, I really don't, but I don't like to eat it for a week straight either. My ex called last night and asked if I wanted another turkey. Uhhhhh "no thanks??" came to mind! Toooo bad they didn't realize they had an extra bird before and could give it to someone that needed it.... maybe they still did..... Speaking of my ex - remember the summer fiasco with him and his pneumonia from H*** that wouldn't go away and they were gonna do a heart pace maker in leiu of a transplant?? Well, apparently he has another "lung infection" now and is on meds again. Please pray that he gets healthy and stays healthy. The little boys sure didn't like their routine being upset this summer when he was in the hospital for the majority of 6 weeks. Hope you all enjoyed your holiday with your friends and family and had a good weekend also.
