Weighed in Saturday at 221, but I know after next week at least 3.5 to 5 pounds will come off post TOM so I'm not overly worried. I'm still not getting in any exercise but my eating is coming down some. I'm going to work a little harder on that this next week. I've had a lot of aggravation lately and of couse I'm self medicating it with sweets but I'm getting back into other avenues that will be taking my mind off food for a while. So on that I'm going to go it's getting beddie time and I have to be up early tomorrow.
