I decided to weigh my self earlier this week and was appalled to find that I was up 5 pounds . Any how so friday was my official WI and I weighed in the evening instead of morning like normal and I was up 1.6 so that is a better than 5 pounds so I feel a little better. Any how I have went to curves this morning and yesterday evening, so that is good. I just seem to have a hard time staying away from the fast food esp. on the way home from work in the morning, so far this is day 3 on no fast food so I am working on it and hopefully next week will be much better. COngratulations to all who have lost weight this week!!!! .
