When you put yourself 1st, you get 1st rate results! There are lots of people grabbing for your attention and time, but without time for YOU, your weight loss dreams will not come true! I know you feel very guilty when you don`t please everyone. I do, too, but you should feel guilty about the way you are taking care of your body and mind. Wanna meet some 1st`s?

You hear a lot about knee surgeries these days. Well, Kay from Michigan doesn`t want to hear about them, because she had a knee replacement that went bad. Now she can no longer stand and do her workout, so Kay got a copy of my "Sit Tight" workout, done in a chair. Kay put me in her VCR and began to sweat, and guess what. Kay is down 84 pounds! I told Kay that she had to see another doctor and get her knee fixed. Life is too short to be in constant pain.

Now Rick from California had some chest pains about seven years ago and suffered a heart attack. Rick became depressed about his life and buried his emotions under food, and he ate his way up to 253 pounds. His doctor sat him down and told him he could easily have another heart attack and could become a diabetic. Rick knew he had a "Deal-a-Meal" somewhere in storage, so he went and dug it out. "In 1 year, , my weight is down to 180! I`ve lost 73 pounds! I have reduced my medication in half, and people say I look 10 years younger."

Congratulations to you, Kay and Rick, for taking 1st place! Your trophies are your bodies, and I know how good you both feel!

Coming very soon in my store is my "Sit Tight" workout on DVD! I don`t have any more Deal-a-Meal cards, LOL, but the new FoodMover is in the store now! For the rest of the month, there`ll be a lot of people who are going to ask you to do a lot of things for them, and you`re just going to learn how to tell them you are booked! Wait until you see the expressions on their faces!
