WHIRLWIND

Tomorrow I leave for a 5-day trip to the East Coast. I had to get out my

steamer trunks for this one! I`m wearing so many suits, shirts, ties, pants,

and aprons. LOL! I first go to Philadelphia and then drive to Trenton, New

Jersey to be the guest speaker at the New Jersey Blue Cross and Blue Shield

Convention. I`ll get them thinking and moving the next morning at 11:00

o`clock, and then have lunch with them afterwards. Oh, I never sit and eat.

You know me! I mingle and sign photos.

Right after the luncheon, I drive to New York City to appear on Showbiz

Tonight. I`ll be talking about my crusade to bring fitness back to schools,

and yes, I know A.J. wants to show my new steamer. He`s so nice!

The next morning, I get up and go over to The Today Show! I`ll be talking

about my Ask America questionnaire. Following that show, I go over and have

a meeting with all the big wigs and little wigs at Sirius radio, and later

that afternoon, I meet for the first time Mr. Glenn Beck. Wait! Hold on!

There`s more!

On Friday, I cook breakfast and talk about fitness on one of my favorite

shows, FOX and Friends! Then I`ll run over quickly to CW-11 Morning News and

steam up some healthy, quick entrees for the family. I`ll give the address

out to get a questionnaire to fill out.

Take a deep breath! After that show, I head for Hartford, Connecticut to be

the guest speaker at the Connecticut Association of Boards of Education. I

think you know what I`ll be talking up. And on Saturday morning, I get up

early and come back home to plan my week and work on some new recipes to

share with our Clubhouse Members for next month.

It will not be easy eating healthy on the road, but my motto is, " Just about

everywhere serves a salad. " I`ll do the stairs every morning in all 3 hotels

I`ll be staying in. I`ll do my stretches, leg lifts, sit-ups and pushups,

too. I`ll find a radio station with hot music, and I`ll make all the right

moves. Oh, and I know your week will be challenging, too. Try to eat your

share of salads. Turn your body into a fat burning machine every day!

Wait! Is that a few Pilgrims I see out my window walking down the street?

Oh, goodness! They`re a bit early. You`d better get yourself ready for next

week`s festivities!
