to spray perfume on his hand so he can smell it all day. He realy likes the

smell of this particular Lysol, so I guess he wanted his brother to smell

good from the inside out. "

LOL LOL LOL LOL I've often thought about emergency calls and trying to

explain things that Seth does too! That is soooo funny!

Hi All,I used to walk in the pool Anne but I haven't done that since summer. Pool sprung a leak that we just can't find and we haven't worried to fix it because it's winter now. Some nights the temperature dips down into the seventies. I know that's not cold to you but I am wearing a heavy sweater right now.

Got home at 2.00 am this morning. Started to get a craving for food about five minutes before I drove into the yard. Fought it, told myself I was not hungry it was just a habit. Bathed and went off to bed. Woke up around four am went upstairs like a zombie fried two eggs in pam, slipped them on three ounces of sour dough bread, warmed a can of 's veg soup and ate that and the eggs whilst watching Frasier or something on TV. Was back asleep by 5. am

Any ideas for stopping these midnight fridge raids would be welcome. I am going to try a photo of my face on a slim body on the fridge. At the very least it will help me visualise what I might look like at 160 or 140. I think I would be even more beautiful than I am now at 160. 140 might be too low for me. Got up at 8.00 am this morning. Raging sore throat, head ache and stomach ache. Ate a piece of pumpkin pie and half a grapefruit for breakfast. Not hungry since. I packed two boiled eggs and a mid size tomato to eat at work. This is very unusual for me but I think the upset stomach is stopping me from eating. Only managed one glass of water so far today. Every time I try to put anything in my stomach it rebels. I am going to try and remember to drink a lot of water before I go home to fill my stomach. I am sure that will help.

Sorry to hear you aren't feeling well . Uhhhhm.... the pie *and* grapefruit for breakfast?? LOL that's enough to send any stomach into revolt!! LOL just kidding, whatever makes your taste buds happy..... I get the same way though, if I don't feel well I don't want to eat as much. You mention getting home at 2 a.m. - I can't remember, is that from work? So you work at odd times... your eating times are going to be "odd" to me.... I can't comment on your "midnight" eating times.... sorry. Keep up the good effort though... we call this observation and correction in my "program" ;-)
