Wednesday

November 15, 2006

MISSED

" Well, it was my best friend`s birthday. I mean, it comes only once a year.

Sandy had her party at this Mexican restaurant at the mall, and we all had

the best time! "

" I didn`t have a choice! What was I gonna do? My boss told me I had to work

late because he needed some extra work done, and I was the only one that

could do it for him. "

" My kids had cheerleader and soccer practice, and you know who had to be the

chauffeur! "

" From nowhere, a storm blew into the neighborhood. It was thundering and

lightening, and the rain came down so hard that I couldn`t see out the

window. "

" My cousin and her daughter came to pay a visit with me. It had been so long

since we`d seen each other, and it was our only chance to get together! "

" There was a big sale at Target. Oh, and I love Target, and I never miss

those big sales! "

" Aunt Ruth died, and I had to go pay my respects. She lived to be 96 years

old. "

" I don`t know what I did. I just had this aching pain in my heel, and I

can`t do much until I see my podiatrist, who was in Hawaii at a convention. "

" I won tickets for a concert to see son, and I`ve loved her ever

since the first time I saw her on `American Idol`! "

" There was horrific traffic in the city, and no matter what side street I

tried to take, it was just bumper to bumper. "

" My friend had a terrible cold and was feeling too bad to go out, so I made

a big pot of chicken soup and brought it over to her. "

" There was this leak under the sink. Well, I tried to fix it myself. You

know how that goes! I finally called a plumber and waited one hour and a

half for him to show up. "

" I was out too late last night. I don`t do that often, but I sure paid for

it the next day. "

" I had a toothache… a flat tire. I had food poisoning, and I slept wrong,

and my neck is in spasms. "

There are a million reasons for missing your workouts. What reason are you

on? You can`t lose weight and keep it off without exercising! No way! How

many days this month did you con your way out of your workouts? This month

is almost half over, yes half! Have you been focused, or is your mind

running with scissors? Don`t miss out on a healthy life that you so deserve!

WOOOHOOOOO - thanks to 's November Challenge (LOL) I am doing great with my workouts!!
