Guest guest
Pat, Great results. You do what you need to make it liveable. I believe in progress not perfection. We don't all want to be fitness models. We just want to look/feel good. Whatever that means to us. Good job, and keep it up! Guest guest
> great job pat!! lifting naked does good huh?? (hope that's you th > at does it!) > > > Yep...that be me..ha ha This morning I was just doing my best not to do my lower body...(excuses like, well I am at the end so what difference would one missed workout be..)BUT....what did I do? First I put on my Van Morrson cd (this is my workout music) then I put in my teeth bleaching thingys (I am non a full Pat improvement thing) then OFF WITH THE CLOTHES and on with the tennis shoes...what else could I do but work out??? I did and then felt so accomplished.... Now, what will be weird is if my husband came home one evening put in Van on and got me to take off my clothes...would I then start working out???? (probably not exactly what he'd have in mind...ha ha) Anyway, like I said before I am very pleased and will be continuing with BFL/naked.... Im allergic to wheat(someone help me!!), and......... > > I have CVID. , that sounds like a heavy, heavy load -- but ANYTHING is better than waiting for the diagnosis!!!! I have a friend who is allergic to wheat -- but does fine with spelt which is a cousin of the wheat family and contains gluten -- so a Celiac diagnosis can't use it -- but you need to ask if you can use spelt. For it's been a life saver because she can find spelt flour, spelt pasta, spelt crackers, etc. and it makes her life more " normal " . But if you can't have either, there's other types of replacements. Trouble is they don't have gluten in them so they don't behave like wheat flour and your recipes have to be more drastically altered. Encouragement though: once got off wheat -- her sinus infections cleared up and her gut problems went away. YEAH!!! Best wishes as you work on getting Mommy healthy ( I know, I know -- after this next sickness)! In His service, dale

Guest guest
Imagine the look on that docs face when your pulmo told her about the CVID. \cassie --- osdbmom <osdbmom@...> wrote: > Thanks, Dale.
