oral surgery / BLOOD FLOW? //or root canal concerns

Do we have concerns when having oral surgery, especially re blood flow, not

enough blood, or hypercoagualtion problems?

the oral surgeon confidently says he just goes in until there is adequate blood

flow. then he wants to get a " healthy blood clot "

? is it that easy for us?

How about lyme/spirochetes also?

or special Root canal concerns? I know RC is bad but oral surgery sounds like

could be problems too.
