Thanks for sharing---will see if it helps my husband. I do well with a

melatonin/benadryl combo each night---which my integrative MD approves.

He forgot it when he went back to school so I thought I would try it. I have no

financial interest in this product.

directions say to use 2 sprays on the tongue. I have used 5 or 6 each time I

have used it. I will see what happens with 2 sprays and play with it a bit. I

love the fact that it overcomes me quickly as I usually become alert once I lay

back. I am currently sleeping in a hospital-like bed so I elevate my head to

reduce that effect.

It worked but not as clearly and as effectively as this one. Perhaps one spray

of this formula would be helpful for anxiety so you wouldn't have to buy two

formulas.

Hi Sara,

I also use/used Benadryl but I wake up groggy and cannot function for longer

than desired in the morning. Also, I hate ingesting food dyes - who wants to eat

something pink and it's such a thick coating as well. I should provide feedback

to the company but it's their brand recognition at this point. Although,

checking the Rescue Sleep, it has a high alcohol content -27%.

I did find Benadryl Clear once in liquid form. But it was pricey and I never

found it again.

I tried 2 sprays last night and felt mellow but not sleepy so I tried 2 more and

was out like a light.

I am hoping that since it is a homeopathic solution, the effects will not fade.

I have had more luck with homeopathic solutions than with other suupplements,

herbs or medications; whose effects all fade with time.

HTH,

Marti
