Guest guest
HUMAN PROBIOTIC METHOD -         About 1/3 – 1/2 c. poo -        2-3 c. distilled or Reverse Osmosis water  a blender, a 4 cup Pyrex measuring cup, a fine mesh strainer, a soup spoon, and an enema bag.  It is advisable to use poo from a doner who has not had vaccines, was breast fed, and is at least a year old so that the immune system has had time to develop. Or a healthy adult, possibly a spouse or mate. The poo needs to be used within 8 hours of collection. I used it ASAP as I wanted the most alive bacteria possible. In a 4 cup Pyrex measuring cup (I like glass over plastic and you’ll understand as you read on, how much easier this process is with a 4 cup spouted container), heat about 3 cups of water for 1 minute in the microwave or until lukewarm to the touch, pour it into an enema bag, and give yourself an enema with it to evacuate your large intestine. Depending on your circumstances, you may need to do this more than once. When you are comfortable that your bowel is clear, heat 3 cups of water for about 1 minute or until lukewarm. Put the poo in the blender, add 2 cups of the water, cover, and blend on low for 1 minute. Look at the consistency. What you want is a liquid that is thin enough to go through the enema hose end without plugging it. You will probably need to add ½ - 1 cup more water, cover, and blend again. When satisfied with the consistency, blend on high for another minute. Pour any remaining water out of the measuring cup and place the strainer on top. The next step is easiest when your strainer is a size that fits inside the measuring cup rim. Pour your poo mixture into the strainer a cup or so at a time and move the ladle part of the spoon back and forth along the strainer screen. The liquid will drip through and any solids that would clog up the enema hose, will stay in the strainer. Once your poo mixture is strained, pour the poo liquid from your measuring cup into the enema bag, and screw on the hose. At this time, I empty the solids in the strainer into the toilet and flush them away. And I put the tools I’ve just used in a utility sink or bucket to be washed later with hot soapy water, rinsed, and left on a towel to dry. I then open the enema hose clasp while the end is near the sink drain and let it run until the air is out and the liquid inside just begins to appear. We don’t want to fill our gut with air. I empty the contents of the enema bag into my bowel and lay on my right side for around an hour. I keep as much in me as possible for as long as possible and still be comfortable. Something that surprised me was how much my body seemed to want this healthy human probiotic. I found that after 45 minutes or so, I could go back to doing my normal routine and the human probiotic just stayed inside. My body seemed to crave it. I provided my doner Gracie’s Mom with a tightly covered plastic container. She called me whenever they had a “package†for me and let me know it was out on the porch in a bag or that they were headed into town and could I meet them in a particular parking lot in 10 minutes, or whatever worked.  Since my doner Gracie, is 4 and not yet real regular, I didn’t get a package every day. And some days were just not convenient. No problem. I felt that getting Gracie’s love every 2 or 3 days leaving time in between for the probiotics to make themselves at home and even multiply before I did another pre-enema enema to clean out my bowel, was a good thing.   From my reading, a dozen or so infusions is normal. Some people need fewer. Once again, I am not suggesting that anyone do what I have done. Only sharing with you what I did.
