Guest guest
Hey Liz I wish caffeine would help me with energy but it does nothing. I could drink it right before bed and still fall asleep! LOL Sleepiness/fatigue is a major problem for me. Actually I can fall asleep even after taking adderall Luckily pain is not a major player in my CFS symptoms, or perhaps it pales in comparison to my other symptoms and I simply dont notice it. But the LDN has helped with the fatigue. Another surprising thing that it has changed, and I was not expecting or trying to address this, is for most of my life since I was in my very early 20's which was 40 yrs ago I have been allergic to all animals. Since I love all animals I never let my allergy stop me from having pets. Now I am down to 2 cats and I know from experience that when I pet them I must wash my hands because if I dont and I rub my eyes they get swollen itchy and red. I noticed recently when I had not washed my hands and then rubbed my eyes that they did not react at all. I have pushed this a few times by petting the cat then deliberately rubbing my eyes right away.......no reaction. Its minor but the LDN may be helping something major that causes me to be so allergic in the first place. Something is going on and I hope its healing from the inside out.....or at least if not healing controlling Liz if you go to the LDN group and join, you can do a search to find out lots of specific information and info about those of us who order from ADC and how to mix the tablets. I still dont have a really good way to measure mine out. The syringes keep not working and I end up filling the syringe with an eye dropper. Feel free to email me if you need any further info. > > > > Hi, > > > > I'm wondering if anyone who has tried or is currently using LDN would be willing to offer an update on their experience? > > > > Also, I'd sure appreciate it if you would list your preferred websites for LDN ... an awful lot have popped up since I last looked at it as a possible option. > > > > TIA, > > > > Liz > > > > > >
Guest guest
Hey Dolores, I know what you mean about the Adderall before bed, because I drink caffeine before bed all the time, and it doesn't stop me from falling asleep with the light on when I'm trying to read. As an animal lover (2 dogs, 3 cats, 2 birds), I think it's major that your allergies are controlled or gone. I'm beginning to think LDN is miraculous! I hope I can tolerate it, and that I have at least some kind of relief from it. My Mom has Crohn's, and I'm encouraging her to consider it. I did join the LDN group; I'm awaiting approval. But I still might have some q's for you about mixing! I don't know if this will work for you, but have you every tried removing the plunger from the syringe and applying olive oil to the outside of the rubber that contacts the plastic as it's pulled out and pushed in? I have to do that with the syringe I use to medicate one of my cats daily.
