Jeri,

Should I take the Lysine daily, or only when I feel that I'm about to break out

and until after it passes?

Thank you!

Sue

it. I chose not to and to only take it when I feel an outbreak coming on. I

still have about 6 outbreaks a year. The outbreak itself doesn't bother me so

much. If I get any sores, it's usually only one. It's the other symptoms that

bother me. I get a fever, a headache, groin pain (from my abdominal lymph

nodes), my liver and/or spleen will swell and I just feel very flu-like. Is it

worth it to take the Famvir daily? I have to take so many meds. already, that I

am hesitant to do that.
