Guest guest
Hi Dolores, You mentioned mopping up oxalates. To recap; Since calcium and magnesium form part of biofilm structure, taking either to bind with oxalates and carry them out of the body probably means we would be creating more biofilm. Before starting Sutherlandia OPC last fall, Dr. Swanepoel recommended the epsom salts liver/gb cleanse to clear that detox pathway. To my surprise, I passed at least 100 greenish grey gallstones, a dozen of 1/2 - 3/4 in. diameter, and some gall sand. The 2nd time, I passed 2 bunches of stones held together with thick slime. The 3rd time, I was clear. Although the urine is where high oxalate levels show, I think clearing any detox pathway helps our bodies. Have you considered a bladder cleanse. Since biofilm leaves the body in our stool, I'm so glad I got rid of those gallstones. My poo and the stool water when I poo is full of mucous since I began breaking down biofilm. (please forgive the not so palatable subject matter but I think this is important) I have recently released pieces 7-8 inches long that is thicker than kitchen string with even thicker parts here and there. The first time it happened, I picked it up with a paper towel and examined it. I had never seen anything like that come out of me before. It is thicker and stronger than regular mucous. No wonder it clogs our blood vessels, hides a variety of bugs, causes problems, and takes time to break down and get rid of. I don't want to create more of that stuff. I want it out of me. I think it clogging my blood vessels may be at least part of the cause of the tingling, numbness, hurting, tightness, and other " unexplainable " sensations in my limbs and elsewhere. It restricts normal bloodflow. In the last month of Dr. Fry's protocal, partiular spots on my arms and legs that had hurt constantly and a right ankle that felt sprained keeping me from wearing shoes with a heel, are fine now. Maybe it's because biofilm no longer is restricting bloodflow there. I'm postulating. What I know for sure though is that spots that had hurt for years, don't anymore. Now back to releasing oxolates without increasing biofilm. Dr Usman's protocal mentions a group of products to mop up oxalates. www.autismpedia.org. Of those I used activated charcoal, specifically liquid Great Plains Bentonite, 1 t. in 8 oz. between meals. Sip it a bit at a time to avoid a stomach ache. And pectin. That worked for me.
