when I took it, but I stopped for fear of fluoride poisoning.

Green tea extract is part of the Pall protocol. It is an *extract* of

the active ingredient, not tea leaves. As always, buy your supplements

from a recognized source that uses good manufacturing practices. It

will say so on the label. People have been drinking tea for thousands

of years without problems.

Fluoridated drinking water and toothpaste are more of a hazard, because

what's added in the water/toothpaste and what's in tea isn't the same

and not utilized in the body in the same manner. Added fluoride is a

chemically altered toxic waste product. What's in tea is natural. If

you're curious enough, you can research it for yourself in detail as I

did years ago.

I live where water is fluoridated. I steam distill all the water I put

in my body, so I don't worry about fluoride, chlorine/chloramines,

pesticides, pharmaceuticals, lead, arsenic, etc. found in drinking

water. Drinking tea is a far better way to protect your teeth than

using fluoridated water, fluoride treatments or fluoridated toothpaste.

Hope this helps clear things up.

i'm not sure if steam distilling really gets rid of everything bad in the water

or not. maybe better to buy spring water which never had anything bad in it.

alkaline water is best and worth it at two bucks a gallon. i think a lot of

fatigue and illness comes from running acidic instead of alkaline. Mike

It gets rid of 99.98% of everything. I would *never* drink spring

water, which is nearly always contaminated, not to mention the chemicals

it picks up from the plastic containers. Read the research on spring

water. You'll never drink it again. I've been drinking steam-distilled

water for over 8 years (costs about 25 cents per gallon to make), and

it's been one of the best things I've ever done, in addition to my

treatment protocol (nearly identical to Marty Pall's).
