Guest guest
Hi Marcia, I get .03 mls of b12 injected every day. I do find it helps a lot....you don't really notice a big difference at the time, but if I have a couple of days without the b12, I find I get a lot more joint pain and get tired really quickly. Sometimes I forget to re-order my B12 in time, or occasionally we go away for a weekend and I forget to pack the B12 !! I have had .05 mls per day at different times and this has also helped a lot. I think taking it regularly is important. I have heard of others having higher doses, depending on what seems to help them most. Hope this info helps. Hi all, I did a search through the past messages, but didn't find what I was looking for. I've got an Rx for a 5ml vial of hydroxocobalamin, with the instructions " inject 0.1ml subcutaneously 3x/week " . In practice, I draw & inject 0.3ml which is the full amount of the fine-needle insulin syringes I've been using. I do that approx 2x/week. It's not magic, but it does help a little with body temperature, concentration and energy. I've been pondering whether I should experiment with taking more, either more at a time, or more often. So I was wondering how much hydroxy B12 others were taking on a regular basis? Any info on what others are doing would be helpful as I think about this. (I know everyone's body is different, YMMV, etc.) TIA, Marcia on in Salem, Massachusetts
Guest guest
I have just started injecting B12 methy 0.1 per day. Had 7 shots. Hasn't made any difference yet . I also have B12 hydrox to try - recommended 0.5ml daily but I will see how the methyl goes first as I beleive this is the form the body converts to. Guest guest
I found the dose to be individual to the person that is taking it. Too high and you can get illness....Experiment and see what is right for YOUR body. Kathi B12 shots - dose? Â Hi all, I did a search through the past messages, but didn't find what I was looking for.
