Guest guest
Thank you for this. I believe it is critical information. Interestingly, when I had my cortisol done, they also read the Iga or something similar was on it. It was years later that my current doctor 'caught' it; it is about stomach acid. He had me tested for gluten sensitivity which I am, big time. Lots of damage already. However, I am now just studying the GAPS diet and it is making HUGE sense. I am seeing that my CF is probably a result of a system failure because of bad health habits, that is, a deterioration of my gut. My health was restored, slowly, after 12 IVs of vitamins, minerals and amino acids. It was expensive, a last ditch effort. That was 4.5 years ago and I am now working FT and going to the gym some. I cannot work at anything that requires too much brain power, but I am working. But I am not seeing full recovery and I'm thinking it is because I cannot absorb properly from gut damage over a long period, probably decades. So, my current plan is to restore thru this diet. After spending thousands on supplements I wonder if they did all they could do because my gut could not absorb or digest well. anne >________________________________________________________________________ >5b.
