I looked at this. does not list any credentials of any kind on

his website that I could find. He recommends levels of soy that can

damage a person's thyroid. He recommends extremely high levels of

L-arginine without warning people infected with any form of herpes not

to take it, since it leads to reproduction of the virus and severe

outbreaks. He recommends high doses of D-ribose, which is a potent

glycating agent. He recommends high doses of supplements that act as

anti-coagulants without any warnings about bleeding issues or warnings

for people already taking anti-coagulants. This is just a few things

that scare me.

I saw many things in this publication that are potentially

dangerous/life-threatening with no warnings whatsoever. As a former

medical professional, I would warn anyone who is thinking of following

this advice to consult with their healthcare provider before starting

any of it. Just because something is " natural " doesn't mean that it is

safe for everyone or safe at every dosage.
