Be sure you are getting enough K indeed should shoot for 4500 mg a day and then

if this does not do it increase CA intake or in other words DASH it.

May your pressure be low!

Hi Judy, I've never had the sensation you describe but I can't lie on my back any more cause my spleen presses against my ribs & makes it hard to breathe sometimes. It's just not comfortable & it's getting worse. There's a pressure when I turn too fast but no pain. Do you have bleeding problems too? When your spleen is enlarged it destroys the platelets that make your blood clot. I bleed like a fountain some times. Hope this helps a bit. At any rate, lately, if I move the wrong way or bend over anything that would stretch that side of the body at all, it is almost as if there is a cramp there. This is taking place just over the waist on that side..............I was wondering if anyone ever had that happen to them and if it would have anything to do with the spleen being so enlarged. I won't see the dr. again until the 21st. Any answers in the

meantime would be appreciated.Thanks,Judy

Next time I'm coming back as a cat
