D-ribose is highly recomended by Dr. Teitlebaum. I have been using it for

several months. I do 5mg 2x a day. I think it gives a subtle boost.

Dr. T says it can help with sleep too.

What are other peoples experience with it?

If you've read the fall issue, you'll understand why the patients we've

followed are not helped in any major way with anything that any " specialist "

has mentioned. We've followed patients who are now on our Memorial List

and did not take their own lives.

I tried it when I was a patient at the Denver Fibro & Fatigue Center

several years ago. It didn't do anything for me.
