When I was in my 40's I often would hear my heart beating, when older, I

had several episodes of PVC's. Hearing my heart beat was just due to

being slender. Had I had more fat, the heart beat would not have been

noticeable. Today I get cardiac arrhythmias, but they are benign. I'd

see a cardiologist and let him worry about it. I did had a Holtor

monitor test and ekg and learned I had no problem.

Kookie,

I don't know what your symptoms might be, I haven't had anything like

that myself.

I will mention that my partner (male, 60+, carrying too much weight)

has had heart symptoms in the past. He tells me that those symptoms,

which he refers to as his heart going " kerfluffle " , are almost

entirely gone when he takes the suppliments I've recommended. Aside

from a multi-vitamin, they include vit D3 5,000 IU, an Omega 3, 6, 9

product, SAM-e Joint from Jarrow Formulas, and Ubiquinol. I suspect

the improvement is from the Ubiquinol, which is a form of CoQ10, which

is said to be good for the heart.

Of course, YMMV, but I thought it was worth reporting.
