Is this like when you swallow certain things they don't want to go down

unless you move around, drink lots of water, eat something else to push

it down? I get this with bread, potatoes, certain supplements that don't

slide down (of course I like to take a handful at a time and then can't

get them down further). It seems to be getting more problematic than

better for me. I have to make sure I am eating sitting upright as much

as possible, not reclining in a chair.
