There are different schools of thought regarding this and that

about hypothyroid testing and treatment, even within the

integrative and complementary med communities. It's an area

that's in flux, with many approaches and rationales,

no real agreement across the board. Take each concept on its

own ground. Systems of thought can have a coherence

while various elements in a system may be variable; a lot of

people get persuaded by the coherence when they need to be

evaluating variables individually.
