Guest guest
Hi Peggy, Rashelle is still away and I haven't seen any of her messages since last week. LL is very similar to BF, however it's not as forceful and it's a slower breath. It gives you more time to really focus more on the areas that your working on, therefore giving you a more effective workout. I'm sure that you've probably heard in certain exercises that the quality is better and not the quantity. For example if you do 10 sit ups, really focusing on the area, using precise movements you'll get better results than doing 20 quick ones without focusing as hard. This is the reason that I believe there's better results for some people when they use LL over BF. I've used All 3 of these breathing programs including Oxycise. " O " gives me a bad sore throat. BF, although it worked for me, caused me to have problems with my asthma. LL is the best for me. It's very gentle, effective, and energizing. I've lost a lot of inches and I'm getting firmer and firmer all the time. I hope that I've answered some of your ques. for you. If you have anymore feel free to ask. Love, Liz ------ Rashelle, I have read the Bodyflex directions and have read the Oxycise directions. In searching the net I found you. My impression is that your program elicits the most positive responses. I plan to begin doing the breathing exercises but have two questions: 1. What is the biggest difference between Life Lift and Bodyflex? (I can't seem to see a big enough difference to account for why some people have such success with your program over Bodyflex.) 2. Why do deep breathing exercises seems to take inches off some people so well and not other people? I'm excited about getting started and just hope that I will be successful. Thanks. Guest guest
Hi Peggy, I am sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you. I am out of town, celebrating my Mom's 80th birthday, so not on line much. The primary reason that most people seem to receive better results with Life Lift than any of the other breathing programs is the slow, precise movements. It is also a much more complete breath. The more relaxed the body is, the easier it is to release toxins and fat. My videos are very serene and done in a way to help you feel more relaxed so it puts you in more of a state of peace and serenity. Unlike many others who create exercise videos with little or no real background in health and fitness, I have been in doing intense studies in this area for well over 30 years. I have realized after hands on work with people from athletes to those in wheel chairs that what the body needs most is oxygen and a state of complete relaxation in order for it to function as well as possible. Others seem to feel that creating videos that are more like traditional exercise will give a person more of a feeling of working out. I have seen over and over again in my experience that traditional exercise does not give the maximum results because your body cannot absorb the oxygen when it is in a state of flight or fight mode, which is how I now view intense exercise. I have found very few people who do not lose inches or weight with Life Lift. Some certainly take longer than others to lose, but this can be the result of many factors. How many past diets, medication, state of health, water intake, how often they eat, etc. Life Lift was designed to give your body a way to become healthier. When your body is functioning at it's best, your body will release what it does not need, including extra stored fat. One of the advantages that people find in Life Lift is that I am here on line a good deal of the time to help with any problems someone might run in to. I consider it a great honor that so many have trusted me with something as important as their health and I try to do what I can to insure success for each and every person using Life Lift. I have never advertised, yet Life Lift is being used all over the world, solely because of the success of others and their love of Life Lift. It seems they are spreading the word faster than bolt lightening. All of the orders that come in monthly can only attributed this to one thing. Life Lift makes people feel better. I feel certain you will feel better than before with Life Lift too. I am very excited for you to get started. Please let me know if I can help in any way. Take good care of yourself, Rashelle Rashelle, I have read the Bodyflex directions and have read the Oxycise directions. In searching the net I found you. Guest guest
Is anyone else suffering from deep veins pains inside the body, not superficial veins? The pain includes vein pains in the eyes, heart, head, and all over the body, as well as what may be arterial spams in both feet? The second question is why would I need to eat lamb daily to avert heart spasms? No other foods helps. I tried L-Carnitine and various other proteins such as pea proteins, which contains most amino acids except for L-Carnitine, to no avail. Beef and chicken make no difference, I can't eat eggs, nuts and other high protein foods due to allergies. I have tried various mineral supplements to no avail. NOne of the doctors I see are able to explain both symptoms. Many thanks, K
