Sorry about the delay in my reply. Went out of town, and am just trying to get

back up to speed.

LOL! Like that'll ever happen!

Anyway, yes, they send it with her book, which I haven't gotten thru due to the

brain fog. I hope to tackle that soon. There are also a couple of DVD's that I

couldn't hang with due to poor sound quality. Maybe tackle that too... :-)

I am working with a doctor who uses the protocol, cause there is NO WAY to do

this on your own.

After 7 months, I think I feel somewhat better, but I wonder how much that has

to do with quitting work. Also, I am 50 years old,(lots of time for other issues

to be thrown in the mix) and have always felt a little " different " . Hmmm.

did you get it in the mail? and is it easy to understand? I'm worried it's

gonna be like reading Chinese and be useless...
