Guest guest
Hi Dale! I have attached a link that gives the nutritional value of plain goat milk kefir. I was surprised, maybe not, to see that the sugar content is only 5 grams. Quite a drop I would say! http://www.redwoodhill.com/kefir-milk/nutritional-analysis-of-goat-milk-kefir-an\ d-goat-milk I am thinking that this information would be about the same as for cows milk, maybe less fat, since there is more fat in goat's milk than cow. Enjoy! Karin > > where can I get the nutrituon facts for a cup of whole milk kefir as I am a Diabetic and milk has 12g per cup sugar before it is turn into kefir.
