coagulation issues compared to tick co-infection

There may be some overlap of people wiht cfids and with lyme , a tick caused

illness. I am curious if the below information on erlichia are also seen in

people wiht cfids or hypercoagualation issues

Erlichiosis is a tick co-infection,in the ricketsia family

From Merck manual 2006:

erlichiosis hematologic and hepatic abnormalities:

1. leucopenia=is a decrease in the number of white blood cells (leukocytes)

found in the blood, which places individuals at increased risk of infection.

2. thrombocytopenia (not enough platelets that help blood clot ).

3. abnormal liver function, especially elevated levels of transaminases
