Guest guest
I started using it yesterday, and it seems to help cognition. Let's see if it works in the long term. Guest guest
Hi Kiran, Thanks for letting us know. I agree, some things can work for a while then quit working. PQQ is also found in some foods, Natto has the highest amount of PQQ, green tea and parsley contains PQQ also. Guest guest
I'm wondering if it helps cognition because PQQ is reported to be neuro-protective also. That spinal fluid study found CDK5 is elevated and that's neuro-degenerative. Another reason could be it's improved the blood flow to the brain since CFS SPECT scans show Hypoperfusion. Guest guest
" hype " = hyper ? I don't think it makes me hyper. I took it after dinner last night and managed to get only 2-3 hrs of sleep. Now I'm taking it in the morning/afternoon, 20mg total.
