I started using it yesterday, and it seems to help cognition.

Let's see if it works in the long term.

I am using pure encapsulations vit b with PQQ and I have more energy on it.

I'm wondering if it helps cognition because PQQ is reported to be

neuro-protective also. That spinal fluid study found CDK5 is elevated and that's

neuro-degenerative.

Another reason could be it's improved the blood flow to the brain since CFS

SPECT scans show Hypoperfusion.

" hype " = hyper ?

I don't think it makes me hyper.

I took it after dinner last night and managed to get only 2-3 hrs of sleep.

Now I'm taking it in the morning/afternoon, 20mg total.

It sounds like it keeps you awake at night is that true?

How are you doing with it using it in the morning and afternoon?

Japan------dare we go there due to contamination??
