Guest guest
hi steve - if you have low blood volume, altitude and airplanes can be problems...if you get a chance listen too some of cheney's discs on dyastolic dysfunction.. good luck, deb ________________________________ From: Steve <stangah@...> When I go to higher elevations I feel very weird sometimes have a ravenous appetite for hight fat foods and can't sleep at night ( My heart rate elevates and does not go back down) I was hoping the abxi protocol would help and it did a little but I still have a problem Any ideas as to why I have this problem? Do any of you have this problem? What can I do about it? Thanks
Guest guest
I went skiing in Colorado when I was 17- not knowing about all my problems- and I was sick from the minute we go there until the minute I got on the plane to go home. I assume the plane had more oxygen then Winter Park Colorado. I had a sore throat and had flu like symptoms the entire time. I assume it's to do with less oxygen, but I'm not sure. ________________________________ From: Steve <stangah@...> Sent: Mon, April 25, 2011 7:46:36 PM Subject: High Elevations Hi All When I go to higher elevations I feel very weird sometimes have a ravenous appetite for hight fat foods and can't sleep at night ( My heart rate elevates and does not go back down) I was hoping the abxi protocol would help and it did a little but I still have a problem Any ideas as to why I have this problem? Guest guest
Altitude sickness. I found that I get it when we were camping at Estes Park, Colorado. Insomnia, tachycardia, nausea. Not fun. Some have to supplement oxygen while at a high altitude. Others like me, just avoid it. I was given a script for Diamox. But I never tried it. I just avoid high altitude and airplanes as much as possible. The side effects of Diamox are not fun, but at least not life threatening as Altitude sickness can be. I have a friend with severe CFS who cannot go above 1500 ft above sea level or she gets really sick. Yes, although I have not investigated the diastolic dysfunction for myself, I have been curious to what Cheney thinks about it and Altitude sickness. Guest guest
How high? There's a big difference between 5000 feet and 7500 feet. Most people have those symtpoms at 7500 feet but few do at 5000. Guest guest
Hi, Living at 5000 ft I can't help with that - but does it feel as if you can't get your breathe, lots of yawns? That would indicate O2 deprivation, which could cause an anxiety-like reaction - hi BP, hi heart rate. I just had something similar happen, as a result of a sleep formulation no less (FibroSleep). Something in it is too hi a dose for me. Jerry > > > How high? Guest guest
Hi Steve, I have seen my blood cells using a technique called Dark Field Microscopy - My RBC were almost sickle cell shaped. And they clumped together - very evident of hypercoagulation. White blood cells were also odd shaped - very few normal plump WBC - they were shriveled, dried looking. It is through this test that they discovered inorganic material which prompted a heavy metals test. I sometimes take Butchers Broom to thin my blood but I think the enzymes work better - nattokinase and those types of enzymes. Marti > > > > > > > How high? Guest guest
HI Marti Can you give me a list of the enzymes you use and why you think they work?
