I wondered about this too, but it is still on multiple forums, and CAA, Hillary

's website, and the Press release from the Netherlands. Dr. Alter was

contacted, and he said he has no comment, except that there will be something

published soon.

So maybe there is something re: details (being announced or not), that determine

compliance?

PLEASE ask everyone you KNOW to SCREEN any articles like THIS last one...

There are 23 articles being reviewed before Official Publication this Summer..

and if you noticed this Ortho Group sells stuff..

They are NOT an Official Medical Publication that a research

paper would be published in.... Everyone NEEDs to watch for this..

They even tried to do it to to the WPI, Mikovits et all Paper that was to be

Published in " Science " last Sept and that was WHY they had to consult with

" Science " and then they proceeded to break the news themselves before some other

crack pot publication could word things the way they wanted to....

PLEASE Alert Everyone to SCREEN for Legit Publications...

Hillary should KNOW Better... she just went thru having her stuff

copied illegally...

Thanks and Let's WAIT for the Legit Publications.. OK?

*cheers*

I don't think embargo presents any legal obligations at all. It's just a matter

of protocol and good relations between the press and their sources. Anyway, the

embargo ends if it gets broken by anyone.

You can see this news is now on a Wall St Journal blog, as well as in a dutch

daily this morning. It seems very very likely to be legit information, since the

info is somewhat corroborated by Hillary using other sources - and

implicitly by WPI, who I'm sure know exactly what is happening.

Anyway it's looking pretty likely at this point that the Mikovits paper is true.

I'll admit, yesterday afternoon I thought it was 80% likely to all be bologna.

It's very easy to get false negatives, so the negative publications of past

months don't present a real paradox. It's also easy to get false positives in

some assays (like PCR), but not easy at all in most assays. I'm guessing that

the new work is very likely to have something more than just PCR.

This news will keep some CFS/ME people from killing

themselves. I'm delighted to hear of something hopeful.

That is what I'd say if I were to comment. Of course I

won't comment because this thread doesn't exist. Lol.

be first in line when there is a real test out there that my health insurance

will pay for. joyce

Unless the test is very cheap and the treatment is also cheap, I

suspect insurance companies will drag their heels about paying for

the test.
