Dear all I started of the decade taking Nutri's supplements like Lipotrophic

plus, then ironic manganese 30 ml then staying on items like selenium 200ug, P5P

Pyridoxal-5-phosphate L glycine, which I took for nearly a 3 year period

straight through for the period 2000 - April ( I stop ordering the L Glycine) in

2002, I took things like core level pituitary in 2000. My records show I stayed

with the L Glycine in 2001 and early 2002 and then in the march I tried L

Carnitine, I only stayed on this for a few weeks though. Still taking the L

Glycine and Selenium 200 ug through till the july 2002, then I went on Magnesium

Taurate, pryidoxal-5-phosphate and Selenium in conjunction with this product

through to the July 2003, I was still ordering the Magnesium Taurate till July

2003, then onto the 29th August 2003, I'm starting taking the multi zyme with

Reduced* Glutathione I'm still with the P5P and the Selenium, In the January

2005 I'm placed on L Glutamine 500 mg with the P5P still and Selenium, so the

multi zyme continues, so does the L Glutamine 500 mg, I stay with the L

Glutamine all through the rest of 2005.

In the march 2007 I start taking Nutri's adrenal extra, P5P and Selenium are

still in place. This is the status quo up to April 2007, I will go through the

rest of my records again..

I don't mind these records being discussed on this forum or others, any

feed-back would be most welcome & appreciated and thanks to everyone who has

replied to me through this group & others like CFS_yasko and through private

email thanks very much marcia and the others on the forum.

I'm taking the NAC curently and to be honest I'm feeling nothing, I'm not worse

or better, I think the oxidased and reduced glutathione theory that someone

mentioned on here somewhere is very true!
