Guest guest
Mike, What does that mean when you say a 'Cheney positive K responder?' (Other than what you mentioned about Klonapin not being a sleeping pill? Where can I read about that? I went on the Klonapin for restless legs, which really my calves are just terrible super-tight muscle pain that nothing relieves beside the Klon. (I was on oxycodine after a surgery recently and it took all my surgical pain away, but NOT the calf pain-that has to mean something). I was diagnosed last May with having stage 3 Lyme. Yesterday I was reading a book called the Lyme Disease Solution and it gave a list of symptoms for Bartonella, one of the co-infections of Lyme. My jaw dropped at a few of the symptoms that I have had unexplained for years, but one that stood out was " Muscle pain, especially in the calves. " I have been taking about 1-1 and 1/2 mg of Klon. and am trying to slowly taper, since this forum has brought to my attention what a 'benzo' is. I have been having terrible body anxiety (mainly early morning) and I have been thinking it was maybe from the Klon wearing off, or switching from Cymbalta to Pristiq. Or maybe because I am taking an antibiotic break, the lyme is coming back with vengeance. But my doctor thinks it's from die off because I am back on the Candida diet Wish all the symptoms weren't so intertwined. I always make the mistake of switching too many things at once, and then when things get whacked out even more, I don't know what the cause is. One of these days, I hope I will learn my lesson, but when you have 3 different willing to help doctors, and symptoms pop up, they all have their own suggested ways of fixing the problems. Being in a bad state of mind doesn't help much in making rationale decisions until things end up even worse later. Any light that any of you can shed on the above would be wonderful. I am learning so much from this group, I am so grateful I have found you all.
