if this makes anybody angry, please, just scroll past or hit delete...  i've

been around here for 10yrs or so.....  most of you know i'm not a spammer or

troll...

 

i just wanna say raw fruits & veggies CAN make you feel better, even at only

50-75% (of " calories " ).  you DON'T eat anything you don't like.  have some

oranges for your first meal, bunch'a bananas for your 2nd.  raw or steamed (if

you prefer) veggies you like for another... or apples or pears, or grapes, or

more of something you've already had...  if you like celery, or lettuce... 

whatever you DO like...  you don't need appliances, & you certainly don't need

organic... or any supplements, superfoods, etc., & don't buy specialty packaged

so-called " raw " foods. 

 

you may feel bloated or gassy for a while, but your body adjusts..  & you WILL

feel better.   if you can't eat seeds, don't....  if you have allergies,

diabetes or other digestive disease or disorders,  please visit the website/s
