mitrochondrial dysfunction

I just read at Ivanhoe medical that there is a blood and or saliva test that

they run on children for a gene test to see if they have this problem. I hope

that becomes standard so we can use it. What ever happened to the talk about

being able to turn our genes off and on so we are a litlle bit more normal?
