what to take after amalgam removal: if chlorella, please tell me how much

hi all,

my mercury levels are always high on my heavy metal urine or fecal

tests. so i have been slowly getting rid of my mercury fillings. has

taken years! but my last one removed was last week!!!!!! yay!!! been

super sick since the last one was taken out. any thoughts on what to

take (supplements) after an amalgam (dental filling with mercury in

it) removal? i want to help escort the mercury i may have taken in

during the dental procedure *out* of my body, as opposed to into my

brain. i did the amalgam removal 1 week ago.

if you suggest chlorella, can you tell me the amount to take? i heard

too little of it just mobilizes the mercury around the body but does

not take it out. true?
