Guest guest
Hi, I will definitely try the Ampligen. I tried Valcyte for about 6 months no result, but when I was tested at Stanford and consulted with Dr. Montoya, he said I had the highest Epstein Barr count he has ever seen. Plus Cytomeglovirus is real high. I'm not sure if and when my insurance will cover this but I have United and they are usually pretty good. Will let others know if my insurance covers it. I am going to make my Dr. appointment the day it gets approved. FYI I just got a B12 injection and it really seemed to help. Very subtle but we will take anything we can get, right? And doc wrote a script for home injections. Also have had some improvement on the drug Mirapex. It helps with your dopamine ( it is a Parkinson's drug). It has gotten me from going from the bed to the easy chair all day to being up and busy all day long in the house. Now I get up first thing in the morning and begin crafting or painting and can do it for a couple of hours at a time. Before I could not even paint - I would look at the picture, then by the time I got to the painting and tried to put on the paint, I had forgotten what the picture looked like. My vision actually improved. Someone described our vision as looking like " you have saran wrap in front of your eyes. " Now mine is much clearer. Also I can go on the computer and stay there longer now. I can actually read again, before I had no comprehension, and if I tried to read I forgot it immediately. Still can't drive, way too dizzy. Sincerely, Jody
