heh steve

sorry for delay

nadh seemed initially to work very well

but with time not as much (although stil helps) ,  actually i have found i cant

tolerate  it as well, I actually get too revved up and some moderate ADD

symptoms....

I was taking initally to help the miotchondria (electron  transport chain - ATP)

as I have anticardiolipns (antibodies to my mitos)  but I know  NADH  also

pumps up your dopamine and seretonon (i think more so dopamine) so maybe my

dop/seretoni balance is off  when I take the NADH and why the ADD

but definitley give it a try, just start low....I started 5mg and use even

2.5Mg...but i always need low doses of most things.....

I have FM and ME/CFS, so pain and fatigue are both an issue, but maybe for those

with more pure fatigue, then the NADH would be more benefiical and not cause

the ADD and wired up feelings i get...

again though, it definitely helps my energy but over all function improvement in

real world is minimal as the better energy is counter balanced by the ADD....

I hope it can help you.

cheers
