Guest guest Posted May 13, 2009 Report Share Posted May 13, 2009 Hey All I have posted about this before but it's really frustrating I'm hoping some new members might have some insight When ever I trigger a period of PEM (Post exertional Malaise ) or just fatigue I get massive cravings for Saturated Fat... Bacon ,Cheese ,hotdogs,chocolate it can last for days I think it's related to CFS but I don't know why it happens There must be something in those types of foods that my body needs I'm wondering what? I'm also looking for a way to not eat all that stuff because I put on weight and I know it aint good for my health What say Ye All?
