Guest guest
Okay guys, what is this Udo oil that you have been chatting about for so long and where do I get it. What are the benefits and what is different about it? Thanks, I'm really really intrigued now! Guest guest
Hi Kristy, If you're a dunce then so am I. That site was strange. It took so long to load each page I almost lost patience and closed then I could not see anything even when I did a search. I guess we must be missing some magic information that will get us to the information. Tomorrow we ask Karma. Deal? I just came on for a minute, now I am off to bed, for real. Guest guest
Hi Rashelle, I have send the address to order the UDO oil. That stuff is great. I feel much better after taking it and my skin is getting real smooth and soft. I think i may even look younger but boy does it taste awful. I have to chase it down with food andsomething to drink, but anything that is good for us seems to always taste awful lol. Do you know of a good exercise for the lower stomach. I did b/f and it did not help and so far your exercises are not helping on this lower stomach but i see changes all other places. I can tell my ackles are smaller. I have always had large ankles. I don " t really need to lose much weight jusy need toning up. My upper stomach has improve since i started lifelift and my legs looking much better. Thanks for always being here to incourage us it means alot. Got to go take care all. Connie

Guest guest
Thanks Connie, It sounds great. Your post was the one that made me really want to look at it. Usually the stomach and waist are the first to trim down when you do Life Lift. So let's figure out what we can do to help. When you do the "Lift" I suggest you use your hands to push in and up to help your lift get a little tighter. I also find that if someone is having difficulty losing the middle stuff, that usually means we need to work on some digestion issues. Sometimes it can be as simple as practicing the rubbing, remember that it is a clockwise motion, while your do the breathing. Try this and let me know if it helps. Keep up the good work. Trimming your ankles can be as hard as any body part, and it is so great to hear yours are thinning down. It has to make you feel great. Guest guest
I second the no vigorous shaking idea. It is probably like gin. You're not supposed to shake that in a shaker either because it " bruises " it. Gently stir. That is probably the same idea behind the oil. Just a gentle mixing will do. Guest guest
Udo's can be bought at some health food stores or organic markets. Whole Food's has it, if you have one near you. Otherwise, www.netrition.com sells it. Dosage depends on weight, but figure 1-2 Tablespoons/day. I take one on cardio days, and 2 on weight training days. Yes, keep it refridgereated. It can also be frozen. So if you happen upon a sale you can buy a few and pop the bottles in the freezer. Guest guest
You can buy it either online or in a health food store. If you order it online it helps to order on a Monday so the bottle doesn't end up sitting on loading dock all weekend (same thing for melting bars). Most people take 1 Tbsp a day. It does need to be refrigerated. Check out the FlaxOil.doc in the files section: /files/ It has all kinds of good conversation about supplementing with Udo's and flax. udo's oil I know that this subject has been brought up time and time again, and I'm sorry about the repeat here. The skeptic that I am, I didn't usually pay attention to the posts, I have to admit. But I want to try Udo's oil after reading the article about supplementation in Energy magazine. Where can I buy the stuff? Online or in a health food store? How much do I take a day? And it has to be refridgerated, right? Thanks everyone! I'll pay more attention to everything from now on!! Guest guest
It depends on whose advice you are following really. Leanness Lifestyle makes a big deal of how some people don't count it, saying " it's still calories " , but then the point of Leanness Lifestyle is to get stricter on yourself so I would expect that. But most people on BFL want to have a flexible easy to follow plan, which is why we measure things by fist/palm size etc. Which might explain why many (including myself) don't count flaxseed oil. The main reason being because it's a supplement, and we don't count ANY of our other supplements in daily calories. Having said that, I most definately count it in my daily fat/carb/protein ratio, I think most do? in NZ C1W12D6 > I have been eating 1 TBS of Udo's oil a day. > I have heard some people do not count this into their daily calories > and their daily fat/carb/protien ratio. Guest guest
I take 1 Tbsp of flax oil a day and I don't count the calories or fat in any of my totals. For me, food is food and supplements are... supplemental. I don't count the calories from my calcium chews or Betagen either. It's not that they're freebies or that I'm in denial, it's that their benefits far outweigh any impact they have on my calorie deficit. If you're starving at 1,350 cals plus a tablespoon of flax oil, or you're not losing fast enough at 1,750 plus a tablespoon of flax oil, adjust your *food* calories up or down. Leave the tablespoon of flax alone. That's my approach anyway. I know Leanness Lifestylers definitely count the flax/Udo's calories, but I've also watched them try to calculate the calories in: lettuce, cinnamon, splenda, garlic powder, and postage stamps. You gotta decide where you're gonna draw the line. :-) :-) Some people really thrive on that level of detail, other people just go quietly mad... mwahahahaa!! Udo's oil I have been eating 1 TBS of Udo's oil a day. I have heard some people do not count this into their daily calories and their daily fat/carb/protien ratio. I am curious the reason behind this and is it working for you? When I do count it, it obviously brings my fat percentage up for the day. Thanks

Guest guest
Only take 1 tbsp per day. The 17oz bottle I have says that a serving size is 1 tbs and there are 34 servings per container. That size bottle usually lasts about 6 weeks, so an 8.5oz bottle would probably be a little under 3 weeks (17 days of 1 tbsp). Guest guest
Hi , one tablespoon has 125 calories. Wow! I was happy to read the oil is organic. I really didn't want to purchase more than one 8.5 oz bottle a month. If I just take the oil 3 weeks on, 1 week off, will that make huge difference? > > I've read that UDO's oil is more complete than flaxseed oil, so I > > picked up a bottle yesterday. Guest guest
If you want to make the bottle last, it would be better to take a smaller serving per day rather than skipping a week. When people who are used to the oil don't get it, they feel a real difference in terms of carb cravings. Maybe try a couple teaspoons or a 1/2 tablespoon per day. That's better than risking a battle with hunger and cravings one week of every month. On 9/29/05, ne182105 <no_reply > wrote: > Hi , one tablespoon has 125 calories. Wow!
