My husband has been in the medical field for over 36 years, and most doctors don't tell you about peroxide, or they would

lose thousands of dollars."1. Take one capful (the little white cap that comes with the bottle) and hold in your mouth for 10 minutes daily, then spitit out (I do it when I bathe)No more canker sores and your teeth will be whiter without expensive pastes. Use it instead of mouthwash (Small printsays 'mouth wash and gargle' right on the bottle)2. Let your toothbrushes soak in a cup of "Peroxide" to keepthem free of germs.3. Clean your counters, table tops with peroxide to kill germsand leave a fresh smell. Simply pu t a little on your dishrag when you wipe, or spray it on the counters.4. After rinsing off your wooden cutting board, pour peroxideon it to kill salmonella and other bacteria.5. I had fungus on my feet for years - until I sprayed a 50/50 mixture of peroxide and water on them (especially the toes) every night and let dry.6. Soak any infections or cuts in 3% peroxide for five to ten minutes several times a day. My husband has seen gangrenethat would not heal with any medicine, but was healed by soa king in peroxide.7. Fill a sp ray bo ttle with a 50/50 mixture of peroxide and water and keep it in every bathroom to disinfect without harming your septic system like bleach or most other disinfectants will.8. Tilt your head back and spray into nostrils with your 50/50 mixture whenever you have a cold, or plugged sinuses. It will bubble and help to kill the bacteria. Hold d for a few minutes then blow your nose into a tissue.9. If you have a terrible toothache and cannot get to a dentist right away, put a capful of 3% peroxide into your mouth andhold it for ten minutes several times a day. The pain will lessen greatly

..10. And of course, if you like a natural look to your hair, spray the 50/50 solution on your wet hair after a shower and comb it through. You will not have the peroxide burn t blonde hair like the hair dye packages, but more natural highlights if your hair is a light brown, reddish, or dirty blonde It also lightens gradually so it's not a drastic change.11. Put half a bottle of peroxide in your bath to help rid boils, fungus, or other skin infections.12. You can also add a cup of peroxide instead of bleach to a load of whites in your laundry to whiten them. If there is blood on clothing, pour directly on the soiled spot. Let it sit for a minute, then rub it and rinse with cold water. Repeat if necessary.13. I use peroxide to clean my mirrors, and there is no smearing which is why I love it so much for this.I could go on and on. It is a little brown bottle no home shouldbe without! With prices of most necessities rising, I'm glad there's a way to save tons of money in such a simple, healthy manner.Send on to others who might need to know the benefits of3% peroxide. Hi Dort,

No, don't use it on colored cloths, it takes the color out... I'll have to try your amonia and soap for stains, is there certain amounts??? My grand daughter is a stain magnet and trying to keep her uniform tops clean is impossible, there white and I have used bleach, then tried peroxide then tried oxy clean and I just can't get them clean(all at different washings)... They are mainly food stains, one is makeup...

My spring cleaning will be waiting till it warms up, then it takes me forever to get things done, what use to take me a week to do the entire house, now takes me about a month or more to accomplish :o( then I still don't get everything done as well as I use too...

Watch out for the storm heading our way...

When I decided to do it, I looked into hydrogen peroxide and heard a number

of disturbing precautions as well. As I said, it was a serious brain fog

time for me, so I do not remember the details. I've met people who have

had a positive experience with it, but it scared me off. I did try a few

hydrogen peroxide baths. At first the experience was positive, but I keep

Herxing and so I stopped.

[Moderator: A substance can be effective but disease neutral -- i.e. it does

kill off infections (herx) but not at a rate that exceeds the infection's

ability to reproduce -- hence herx from now to death with no improvement. It is

essential to identify items that cause permament state changes not just temporal

state change (like a herx). OFTEN, a 2nd substance, a catalyst, may be what is

needed -- for example: Peroxide while taking EDTA (or other microfilm agents)

and bromelain (or other fibrinolytic agents) may be what is needed].

One thing the peroxide did help with, was the skin condition I had. As I

said, I was bald, without finger nails and multiple types of skin conditions

all over my body (90%), the skin peeled off of my hands, I sometimes would

bleed spontaneously. Pus would ooze out of my neck and chest. Based on

what I read, I did not think I would ever fully recover. I assumed I would

be scarred as well. Additionally, when I first got really sick, I was

diagnosed with lupus and I OD'ed on cortisone skin products.

I did a number of protocols on my skin, in additional to taking supplements.

One of the most important, I believe was spraying various combinations of

hydrogen peroxide, apple cider vinegar and baking soda. I did a lot of

other stuff too. . Now I'm symptomless and have no scarring. I no longer

do my external protocols, but I still take supplements.

Anyway, hydrogen peroxide was a mjorr part of my recovery of my skin I

believe
